Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we have a form with questions for you to ask your insurance company to help you determine your benefits and how they will be paid. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims for you at no fee.

Flex-Plans

An increasing number of employers are offering flex-plans to their employees. These plans offer a way to pay health care fees with a tax benefit to you. Because each employer’s plan varies, it is important that you discuss the details with your benefits coordinator. We will work with you to provide estimates of treatment fees for your next flex-plan contribution time.

If you have orthodontic insurance and a flex-plan, the flex-plan may require an Explanation of Benefits from the insurance company. Please consider your insurance benefit when setting aside flex-plan money. You can print receipts to submit for flex-plan reimbursement online using our T-link system.
